Submitted analytical reviews

Work submitted against a published requirement, and what happened to it.

Each review below was produced independently against a requirement an organisation published openly, and offered to it for consideration. None was a commissioned engagement. Each has its own page setting out the problem, the analytical move, the limits that were declared, and the outcome — including where the outcome did not go my way.

Where the document itself can be released, it is here in full rather than summarised. Where the method behind it is unpublished and retained, the page says so plainly rather than implying otherwise.

Latency-Bounded Perception

A published requirement, read almost universally as a detection problem, shown from its own two numbers to be a timing problem instead — and a bench experiment designed to prove or kill the idea behind it.

Public case note (7 pages); the underlying method is retained and not published

Every document published here is my own work, released by me. None reproduces an issuing organisation's brief or any material shared in confidence, and intellectual property in every concept is retained in full.
